Family Seekers Kick-Off

Saturday, October 20

The next Family Seekers gathering is Saturday October 20th in the Multi-purpose room. Family Seekers is a family-based small group that incorporates family worship, fellowship, and time for reflection and relationship by children and adults separately. This year we will study For Your Children: Creating Communities of Faith in our Families.

On October 20th, we will explore the family as a small group, what that means for the parent as the small group leader, and how we can reflect God’s love through our families. We will look at the concepts of presence, acceptance, affirmation, accountability, forgiveness, and hospitality. We will discover together how these apply in our daily lives and how they will strengthen our relationship with God and each other. We meet from 5:30 to 7:45pm.

Please RSVP to Kris Richmond at dkrichmond2003@yahoo.com by Oct 16th and let us know how many can attend. Cost is $10 and covers pizza dinner and drinks. Child care is provided for the kids after family worship and dinner.
