OPERATION FIRST RESPONSE

One of our mission projects is Operation First Response. Peggy Baker, is Founder and President of Operation First Response, an all-volunteer organization devoted to supporting our wounded heroes and their families.

Please click on this Operation First Response website for so much more information and additional ways that you can help. The "Hero/Family Comments" link helps us all understand why this mission project is so rewarding. Peggy Baker considers our efforts in packing hygiene bags for backpacks a very important part of OFR's mission.

A group of FPC women meet monthly to help pack health kits which are put in O.F.R. Backpacks that are sent to combat hospitals in Iraq and Landstuhl Medical Hospital in Germany to provide temporary necessities for the wounded.

Left to right: Kristin Larsen, Lynne Thompson, Frances Larsen, Val Bruton, Nancy Partridge, Clara Richcreek, Marian Lokay, and Carol Drago.
