2006 SPRING RETREAT

“Staying the Course With God”

        The Annual FPC Women's retreat will be held this year from Friday evening, April 28 through Sunday morning, April 30. As always, both day and overnight guests are welcome, and we hope that all women of the church will consider joining us!

        Our speaker this year is Diana Schick, a local renowned Christian speaker who is returning from last year. The theme of the weekend will be Staying the Course with God: The Walk of Faith over the Long Haul. Diana is a poignant, moving and Biblically grounded speaker who touched all of us last year with her direct, authentic style of sharing her faith.

        This year we are adding some fun events as well: “faithbooking,” water aerobics, crafts and just some relaxing down time. We are staying at Staybridge Suites, a beautiful hotel in Chantilly, and will have some large rooms available for fellowship throughout the day and into the wee hours (for those who like slumber parties).
