October 27, 28, 29, 2007 - Saint Mark Presbyterian Church and Wesley Seminary will host the first public readings of the Looking for Lilith Theatre Company  play written by Jen Thalman

and Charity Thompson based on their experiences in Guatemala -- Strangers Extranjeras.  There will a talk back session after the reading where the audience can contribute to the creative process by sharing reactions to the script with the playwrights.

Fairfax, VA: Fairfax Presbyterian Church member Jennifer Thalman will be representing the congregation of FPC as a Young Adult Mission Volunteer in Guatemala beginning in August 2003. Young Adult Mission Volunteers (Age 19 - 30) serve in communities in the United States and internationally for one year. Jen will be working with a Presbytery of the Presbyterian Church of Guatemala where she will help with developing literacy skills for women and leadership skills among women. Jen's Journal will be updated regularly. Please check back often.
