DOUBT

Let us hold firmly to the hope that we have confessed, because we can trust God to do what he promised.

Hebrews 10:23

God has said, "I will never, never fail you nor forsake you."

Hebrews 13:5

The one who doubts is like the surf of the sea driven and tossed by the wind.

James 1:6

Jesus said, "Stop your doubting, and believe!"

John 20:27

Be merciful to those who doubt; snatch others from the fire and save them.

Jude 22 - 23

Jesus answered . . . "Truly I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be taken up and cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is going to happen, it shall be granted him."

Mark 11:22 - 23

Jesus said . . . "If you have faith as a mustard see, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to here,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you."

Matthew 17:20

Why are you downcast, O my soul? Why so disturbed within me?  Put your hope in God, for I will yet prise him, my Savior and my God.
