LOVING GOD

We love him, because he first loved us.

1 John 4:19

For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments.

1 John 5:3

"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind." This is the first and greatest commandment.  And the second is like it:  "Love your neighbor as yourself."  All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.

Matthew 22:37 - 40

I will thank you, Lord with all my heart; I will tell of all the marvelous things you have done.  i will be filled with joy because of you. I will sing praises to your name, O Most High.
